Description
Persistence has always been one of my personality traits. I can push through anything to get the job done, regardless of obstacles. I didn’t think burnout was possible, until it happened. I experienced an overwhelming feeling that there just wasn’t enough time for anything: work, camp planning, personal life, future endeavors, etc.
There are so many little things in our world that affect how we think and feel about time.
In this session, we will identify the ways in which our concept of time can be affected by our environment and discuss how to limit negative impacts.
Topics that will be covered:
- Notifications
- Context switching
- Incremental changes
- Einstein time
- Pomodoro technique
- Other tips and tools
