Description
This presentation talks about the subtle changes made through design in products that manipulate our audiences to make decisions. Sometimes we have to design something in a negative way to promote something positive. This takes away people's power to choose, enabling us to push a change we want to see in the world. Are we designing for manipulation or to push people in a positive direction?
