Your session at MidCamp will be captioned via Zoom using a professional captioning service. Each Zoom link for the MidCamp event will have the ability for participants to view captions for each session. Also, a transcript of your session will be created and added to your page on MidCamp.org at a later date.
Information on this page explains how live captioning works for this event. If you have any questions or concerns about captioning, please let us know.
Do I need to enable anything to Caption my session?
No. All Zoom streams will already be connected and ready for captioning. You do not need to modify your presentation or do anything special for captioning.
We are using Alternative Communication Services (ACS) as our 3rd party captioner. They integrate with Zoom to provide captions.
